Did someone say Limoncello and Spritz all in the same sentence? YES PLEASE! Sign us up for this glorious cocktail! We ran to our favorite liquor store and bought a bottle of Limoncello from the Sorrento area of Italy. Sorrento is known for its famous lemons and luscious Limoncello. Limoncello is like having drops of lemon heaven in your glass. Blend that with some Prosecco and sparkling water, and you get a light and refreshing drink you can pair with olives, classic potato chips and add some cashews or peanuts. Sit back and close your eyes. You can imagine sitting at a table in an Italian piazza somewhere in Italy. I can totally envision this in my mind.

My resident “Mixologist”, my husband John. We were inspired by this recipe from one of my magazine subscriptions, Real Simple.

Refreshing and an absolute must for your summer cocktail menu or any time of year!
